My Story

I've always been someone who loves learning. Whether it's reading a book that changes the way I see the world, listening to a podcast on a long walk, or spending hours trying to understand a topic that sparks my curiosity, I've always been drawn to ideas that help life make a little more sense.

By day, I work in corporate finance, where I get to solve problems, think strategically, and help businesses grow. I have an MBA, and while I genuinely enjoy numbers and strategy, I've realized I'm just as fascinated by the way people think, grow, and navigate life.

At home, life is wonderfully full. My husband and I are raising our three girls, and they keep us laughing, learning, and on our toes every day. Our house is rarely quiet, usually a little messy, and exactly where I want to be.

Over the years, I've learned that taking care of yourself isn't selfish, boundaries aren't something you have to earn, and understanding yourself changes the way you move through the world.

I don't have everything figured out, and I don't think any of us ever do. But I believe we can all become a little more self-aware, a little more compassionate with ourselves, and a little more intentional in how we live.

That's what Wellness For Her Daily is all about.

I'm Glad You're Here

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, learning to set boundaries, navigating difficult relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, I hope you find something here that makes you pause and think, "Me too."

My hope is that this becomes a place you return to when you need encouragement, perspective, or a reminder that you don't have to have everything figured out.

Take a look around, stay awhile, and know you're always welcome here.
